Summer is almost over so it’s the perfect time to start moving again! 

To help you get started I created an intense, but easy workout you can do comfortably at home or in any hotel room. This is a workout especially designed for beginners, if you are already more advanced, double the reps and try to be as quick as possible!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • An exercise mat
  • A filled water bottle
  • A chair
  • The will to sweat and push yourself to the limits!
