6 stalks celery

1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

500ml  cup of veg. broth

Amazing Acai Bowl Recipe

Who’s up for something adventurous, yummy, healthy and creamy? Ha, you need to try this amazing and simple Acai Bowl recipe of my friend Pauline Hanuise



You need: 

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup kefir or your fav milk
  • 1 tbsp acai
  • 1 tbsp lucuma or 1/2 banana
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Now what: 

Top up with roasted pumpkin, tahini, cacao nibs, pistachios and mulberries for a touch of extra sweetness.
